エラーコード102-2402

[trail parrot]

When creating a Wii U account ID while connected to Pretendo, I always get the error code 102-2402 and can't set a PNID. How can I fix this?

Has the serial number of your console ever been modified to bypass a ban (service restriction) applied by Nintendo? This error code is usually a result of that.
