Not able to create PNID on the Console | Pretendo Network | Page 1

As the title says, I'm unable to create a PNID on the 3DS but idk why. I installed Nimbus through Universal Updater before I reinstalled it through the github zip. When I ran the app in homebrew and chose Pretendo and rebooted I didn't see any difference on the 3DS. I'm not sure what is supposed to change but in the settings app it still says NNID Settings and when trying to create the NNID it fails to do so. I have no idea how and where on the console to create the PNID so please help me out pleadingpoint

it still says 'Nintendo Network ID Settings' because Nimbus doesn't change the texts

and as you said 'fails to do so', what error code do you get?
