I opened that website but nothing will click. And it was not that race it was a good 10 minutes ago for the latest occurrence of cheating I have seen.
Pretendo has a cheating problem. I don’t know how else to talk about it.

If you want to report a user, #modmail is the best place to do it.
Also worth saying we don't allow public callout posts towards specific users generally under rule 9. Your post is specifically calling out a user.

It doesn't matter whether the user is cheating or not, we don't allow public callout posts.
I just watched a guy give himself a star 6 times in a row, one after another, including when he was in first place. Cheating is rampant in Mario Kart on Pretendo, and I don’t know if the admins have any way of knowing but believe me they are there. What’s the point in playing the game if you’re just gonna win all the time. It’s been happening for a while now, but tonight I just turned it off mid-game. Sick of it. And I don’t mean the “hopping” players who are just using what they’ve got, I mean the modded players who can drive anywhere road or grass or give themselves whatever boost they want anytime. And by the way, while I was writing this, I went back in to play another race so I could see the name/handle of the guy who I saw cheating, and he gave himself 3 more stars (in a row) while I was racing.

Mario Kart TV will let you get a replay of the game, so you might be able to figure out who the cheater is from there + recent players on the system (if that works on Pretendo at the moment; am unsure).
