My console says that I'm connected to the internet, and doing a connection test also tells me that I'm connected to the internet. Despite this, none of the online features work, and when trying to add friends, it explicitly states that I'm not online and hence am unable to use the features. The online features are functional when I disconnect from pretendo and go back to the Nintendo servers.
The specific error code I keep getting is 001-0502

Are you able to run a connection test and tell me the support code in the bottom right of the top screen from running it?

Okay. That's strange. There's a few other people reporting that error code, but they're in the Philippines so I'm not sure if that's the reason or not.
Do you happen to live in there or in another place that has censorship?
