I was going to say that you could try un-linking your PNID from your console from Nimbus and then re-link it, just in case it's a weird bug with the setup.

Okay, so this means that your Pretendo account likely uses the same username (PNID) as the account for the official servers (your Nintendo Network ID).

it was being weird about the already linked accound and just bugged out but now that i have it refreshed it should work
After i unlink the account with the exsact same username on NNID
Cause that error code i sent said that another account (NNID) had that user alread and that the Pretendo ID couldent use the same user

Yeah, that is likely the issue. So the best course forward would be to create a new Pretendo account with a different username/PNID from the one you use for Nintendo's servers.

I would suggest against that. You might have purchases on your NNID that you want to redownload, and I think you might lose badges you got from Badge Arcade.
