I installed the combined file and everytime I go to login to my PNID my old user and password shows up, made sure pretendo was selected in nimbus and it still showed my old account, so I deleted nimbus and installed it through universal updater but I still have the same issues :/ any help on how to get it to where I can login to my PNID

Looks like something failed to switch properly when you selected Pretendo in Nimbus, but it's not your fault

  1. Open Nimbus and select Nintendo
  2. Tap miiverse on the HOME menu, wait until it shows an error or asks you to enter the password, then exit without doing anything.
  3. Open Nimbus again and select Pretendo
  4. Go back in System Settings > NNID Settings. Now instead of the sign in screen, it should take you to the screen where you can create/link a PNID
