I’ve confirmed I have the exact password along with the right pnid and email address. I am also on the pretendo servers and have followed everything in that guide.

That is certainly a problem. Luma must be booted from SD in order for our patches to work. Without those the console would still be on Nintendo's servers instead of Pretendo.

What is it that you've tried? You've installed Luma3DS via Universal Updater? When you did, did it say "boot.firm succeeded" or "boot.firm failed" on the top screen?

P.S.: It is safe to install boot.firm a second time, so don't worry about uninstalling it or anything
