It Sometimes appears. Always after I restart my Wii U it happens. Then I need to go into the system settings and Press the Button "Test Internet Connection" and then it works Sometimes (50% 50%). But after it worked one time it will work Till the restart of Wii U. (Sorry for my english. I use Inkay plugin)
