trying to login to pretendo since it keeps asking for my password, and i enter it correctly and it keeps saying it’s incorrect. don’t know what else to do 🤷♂️

just realized pnid can’t be same as nnid
do i have to have 2 separate system users just for those things?

You have to have two separate user profiles for your NNID and PNID, and they cannot have the same username as the console does an on-device check to see if the username matches that of any other linked IDs on the system, which it will see your NNID and refuse to add your PNID because it shares the same username
It's not possible to have one profile for both your NNID and PNID due to technical limitations of the console

No because they are trying to login to pretendo on their Wii U
The only reason someone would disable the Inkay plugin (setting 'Connect to Pretendo Network' to false) is so they can log in to their existing original NNID and to update/redownload software via the Nintendo eShop.
