You mention you had purchased the console-uniques you're using, this is in fact piracy and you should probably try to get your money back somehow
Chances are, the console-uniques you were provided weren't exclusive to you, so someone else had used them to cheat online, ended up getting the console banned and now everyone using those console-uniques is also banned
I think it's pretty safe to say that the affected console will not be unbanned considering the circumstance, you should purchase and dump your own Wii U

As long as it's your console, you don't give anyone else those files you got from it and you don't cheat online, no, you should be fine
