I could be really stupid but How do I go about connecting to pretendo's services. I'm new to the 3ds hacking scene and I've never had a 3ds at all. So Just looking for some guidance to connect properly. Ive already attempted the account switch fix on the forums but no avail.

Can’t remember the error code but it’s something along the lines of this is might be tied to another service I’m away from my 3ds at the moment I’ll check it asap
