That's normal, Nimbus doesn't do text replacement so it will still refer to everything as Nintendo Network and NNIDs

As long as you have selected Pretendo Network in Nimbus

go to nimbus, switch to Nintendo then switch back to pretendo. I know this is a weird procedure, but it worked for me. Let me know if you solve it.
