I don’t think it is possible to cancel an account deletion? Although I’m unable to tell you accurately because I am not staff.

Otherwise, I would just create a new PNID.

You can't change usernames so its easier to make a new PNID

It is possible to cancel account deletion, the confirmation box on the website just hasn't been updated
You can do it either via email or #modmail, however the username cannot be changed and is permanently tied to the PNID
