3DS+Wii U pnid link issue

As you can see in the pictures, my PNID is linked to my Wii U, but for some reason, when I tried to link it to my 3DS, it gave me error code “022-2613” and everything is typed correctly? Any help would be amazing

Open the Friends List applet, do you get an error?

Try this:

1. Open Nimbus and switch to Nintendo Network
2. Open the eShop and wait for it to fully load or error out
3. Close the eShop
4. Open Nimbus and switch back to Pretendo Network
5. Try again
