I'm not sure why you want to send a network dump, that isn't for whitelisting your console for use on Pretendo Network if that's what you're thinking it's for
This error code is usually caused by an LFCS mismatch, run CTRCheck and post an image of the results

Yes, it seems your console has a mismatched LFCS
Please talk to Nintendo Homebrew to resolve this, explain to them that you have an LFCS mismatch and show them the image you've just sent here, they may be able to fix your issue
