Do moveable moveovers cause issues with pretendo?

I read on the wiki that pretendo doesn’t support system transfers, but I think I’m gonna have to do a moveable moveover between systems soon and I was wondering if that was any different

We don't support System Transfers that happen over Pretendo Network, and I've seen some systems completely unable to access Pretendo Network even after a PC-based transfer I think, I'm not sure where the fault in it lies considering I've done a PC-based transfer and my console is fine

I would say that if you're going to perform a movable moveover, have NAND backups of both consoles handy, recent ones, just in case something goes wrong, and make sure you are on Nintendo Network when performing them, those are the steps I took with this and everything works fine, past that there's not much more I can really say on it
