It’s not really pirating, it’s getting the yt servers running again. That’s like saying playing the pretendo servers are pirating

I'm not talking about the plugin, I'm talking about how you are acquiring the YouTube Wii U app
If it wasn't on your Wii U from before it got delisted, then you are pirating, again, free software still falls under copyright law
I will not be assisting you with this

It was on my wiiu prior to delisting, I’m just reverting to a prior version. The mod doesn’t work for the the up to date EU version

This would still fall under piracy because it seems to not be your dump of the app, just because you already downloaded it before doesn't mean you can download another copy from an 'alternative source'
You are allowed to make dumps of software you own, but you cannot download someone else's dump

Also the GiveMiiYouTube plugin doesn't seem to be updated for the latest Aroma version
