I have a question about Pretendo: When I launch the game normally (digital version), it connects to the Pretendo network without any issues. However, when I receive the game via Download Play, it says that the service has been discontinued. Is this normal?"

I believe the issue is simply that the title ID of the Download Play build is not in Pretendo's database.
Whereas the full game's title ID starts with 00040000, the one for Download Play is identical except that it starts with 00040001 instead
