Hi, I wanted to change the date of birth and region on my Pretendo account. When I tried to change it from the website, it said I had to do it from the console, but I logged in with my PNID account on my 3DS and it says the date of birth and region can't be changed. Does that mean there's no way to change it?
I don't mind having that birthdate either; that way I can boast that I look younger 😎, but If there's any way to change the date, I'd appreciate it if you could tell me.

Yes, it is possible, but only through a Wii U which has been modded, running the Aroma environment and has the Inkay plugin installed
On 3DS, these settings for your PNID aren't used, so there is not much of a point to change these, games will pull your information from your personal Mii and settings and uses your console-uniques to log in
A PNID on 3DS is only required for Juxtaposition at the moment
