Downloading the online files from another Wii U which you don't own violates rule 5
We cannot recommend that you get your friend to dump their online files and send them to you, as if one of you obtains a console ban then both of you will be unable to play online

You require a Wii U to get console-uniques from because if you don't own a Wii U, it is likely that the games you have installed are pirated, and also to make it harder for repeat rule-breakers to get back onto Pretendo Network and start disrupting the game again
The option of Cemu is there for people who wish to emulate and upscale their Wii U games, or if their Wii U has died but they manage to obtain their cosnole-uniques and profile off of it before it bit the dust
