If that is your NNID, follow these instructions
- Open Nimbus
- Switch to Nintendo Network
- Open the eShop and wait for it to either fully load or error out
- Close the eShop and open Nimbus again
- Switch to Pretendo Network and try again

You don't need a PNID for 3DS online play, although it is needed for Juxtaposition

Juxtaposition, otherwise known as Juxt, is Pretendo's Miiverse revival service, it can be accessed from the Miiverse 
applet as if it were Miiverse

Most people don't realise that they don't need a PNID for 3DS online play, although now you can access Juxtaposition and if you ever decide to get a Wii U, you now have a PNID you can link to a profile!

You can get some homebrew, and update existing homebrew from the Universal Updater if you've got that, there's some cool stuff in there
