I keep getting this same error every time I try to sign into pretendo.
"The information entered is not correct.

I have looked in a few other posts like this, and they all seem to work.
I have the secondary and primary DNS set up exactly as was said, (That being 009.009.009.009 and 088.198.140.154), and I still get the same error. I use SSSL.

Not sure then... I know SSSL is a bit glitchy. The <@&1228132296259797093> s would know more.

@oblique lichen do you already have an NNID on your Wii U at all and if you do, are you able to sign into it?

I have a few, none of them have the same name as my new pretendo account, but a few have the same password as my new pretendo account.

Okay but are you able to sign into any NNID?

I think so
When getting onto an account that has "Save password" activated, it has no problem

#

But when I turn that option off, it stops working.

#

I cannot use the password, even if it's correct.

It sounds like either:

  1. The DNS got reset back to auto-obtain, or
  2. Your ISP is now blocking the DNS redirection (therefore no longer allowing you to connect to Pretendo; this can happen sometimes)

First, check to make sure the DNS did not get removed.

If the DNS for Pretendo is still there, try connecting to a mobile hotspot for a test for your Wi-Fi with the DNS set in your Wii U Internet Settings and see if your password then works.

Make sure that the Pretendo DNS is your Primary DNS
