Going into system setting after downloading nimbus and switching to pretendo and I get an error page and then it brings up my Nintendo information? What do I need to do to be allowed to link my pretendo account ?

Hi,
I recently purchased the super Mario tier to gain access to beta server testing for Pokemon xy and omega ruby alpha sapphire. I purchase this a few days ago and when I bought it approved it.
Now when I login it says standard and I know longer have access to the super Mario tier.
