As far as I know, nothing on Pretendo is really 'planned', but rather they just... happen
For public servers, yes, one day Pokemon Gen 6 (ORAS and X&Y) and maybe eventually Sun and Moon/Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon as well as Monster Hunter XX, but they're currently on the tester servers only because the developers have not deemed them not good enough for a public release, there's features missing or their functionality can be very hit or miss, even more than how Pretendo seems to be at times on public servers
Pretendo does aim for having hopefully everything which used Nintendo Network be available on Pretendo, it's just a matter of having the people with the knowledge and interest contributing to Pretendo
One thing that I do believe is in development is the Badge Arcade, but it does require new badges to be made for Pretendo, as if they were to redistribute the OG badges then it would be a violation of rule 5 because Nintendo had intended for you to pour real life money into it, so Pretendo would either need to have actual artists draw for them, either for commission or donating artwork, which either way also takes time for a whole bunch of badges and they have to determine how they want the Badge Arcade to function, do they take payment? Do they let it be entirely free play? Do they give you a limited number of plays per day?
In terms of when, no ETA, everything on Pretendo is not scheduled, this is a volunteer project and putting deadlines on them would not be good as some of the devs have full-time jobs and all of them are real life people, flesh and blood just the same as you and me with worries and fears separate from Pretendo, so having ETAs and schedules would not be good for this as a project, so that's why Pretendo seems to be developed quite slow
Everything which is tester only is planned to come to public servers, likely with the exception of Wii U Chat since it'd be weird after they axed DMs on Juxtaposition
Hopefully what I've said is correct and explains stuff to a good enough degree, that's pretty much what I've interpreted from seeing a few explanations and seeing stuff get developed for the past couple months
