Could you please run through this guide from 3ds.hacks.guide and post an image of the results it shows? That should make it easier to narrow down if this is a Pretendo issue or something which you'd need Nintendo Homebrew's help to fix

Disregard my prior message
If you have not already, please ensure Luma3DS and Nimbus are updated first

Open the Universal-Updater
Search for Luma3DS
You can tap on the magnifying glass icon and use the search function to search for "luma"
Press A on Luma3DS and install the boot.firm, it will replace the old one and should place you on the latest Luma3DS version (v.13.3.3)
While still in the Universal-Updater, search for and reinstall Nimbus
You do not need to uninstall or swap to Nintendo Network prior to this, staying on Pretendo throughout this is fine
Reboot your 3DS
Open Nimbus and press Start to finish the update
Open Nimbus once again and make sure you are on Pretendo Network
After all that, you should be good to try opening Juxtaposition again
