my boyfriend was trying to be helpful and made me a PNID with my default username i have on everything while we were modding our different systems. unfortunately, he got the capitalization wrong, didn’t put my birthday, and put me as male. he didn’t know you couldn’t change this after the fact. is there anyone i can reach out to that would be able to fix my account.

You can adjust the Birth Date, Gender, Country, Region, and Timezone by changing your account settings on your console

oh great! is there any chance of changing the name to be all lowercase? i doubt it but its so frustrating to have this be the only account where it’s off

unfortunately, it is not possible to change the PNID itself

also, the server will treat PNID12345 as the same thing as pnid12345 so you won't be able to create a new account with any variation of uppercase or lowercase characters

even after an account is deleted, that username is permanently claimed

the birthdate isn't used for anything, and iirc neither is the account gender
