Birth year change request (error 102-2421 bug)

I’d like to request a change to the birth year on my PNID, to 2000. I mistakenly set it to 0000 on my Wii U, and this is causing error 102-2421 whenever I try to connect online. As a result, I can’t access the menu to correct the birth year myself. Thank you.

according to this the 3ds isn't affected by the date being invalid but i get 022-0604 when trying to link. https://github.com/PretendoNetwork/account/issues/187
