Hello. My name is TechnoMadness. Techno for short. I am currently working on connecting my Pretendo account in my 3DS. I was on the step where I had to linked my Prentendo account, but when I clicked "link" I got this message. Don't know whether or not it has something to do with this tho.

Yes, it says on the page when trying to do web validation that you can still use your 3DS or Wii U to validate instead.

Lemme start with the easiest thing that I can do, grabbed from other support threads and not that one I was mentioning but maybe it'll help
Try setting your language to Spanish and try again, dunno why that sometimes works, it's odd

You are not banned, do not panic. Your Luma3DS settings may not be correctly configured. Power off your console, and while holding SELECT, press POWER. Once you see a Luma3DS configuration screen, release SELECT. Make sure Enable external FIRMs and modules and Enable game patching are both enabled. Press START to save and reboot, then try again. If you're still having issues, reinstall Nimbus from Universal Updater, and if prompted, download boot.firm. Restart, and try again.

Ok. So I made sure to enable those two options. Still has the issue. Deleted Nimbus, was about to reinstall Pretendo from Universal Updater, then I see I have this in my app.
Don't know if there was something that had to be included of the Updater.

Download combined.2.1.0.zip, copy the 3ds folder from the zip file onto the root of your SD card. Make sure to overwrite existing files and merge with existing folders when prompted.
Also copy the nimbus.cia file from the cias folder onto your SD card.

it should have created two files at least: a file called universal-db.unistore and another file ending with .t3x
but for now, don't worry about Universal Updater
