When i attempt to go to the NNID Settings to make sure im signed in my 2DS crashes with

i attempted this in both Nintendo and Pretnedo mode in nimbus. My 2DS also crashes if i try to open the eshop or go online in Animal Crossing

When i attempt to go to the NNID Settings to make sure im signed in my 2DS crash...
Open the Rosalina menu (usually by pressing L+Down+SELECT) and disable plugin support before going to System Settings.
If the crash persists, go to your SD card > luma > plugins and delete the user_param.bin file, then reboot the 2DS and repeat the first step.
The crash in ACNL is a separate issue that is caused by having Wumiibo and plugins both enabled. If you disable Wumiibo (toggle Wumiibo state) via the Wumiibo helper app, it should stop crashing.
