Are you using Aroma or a different CFW?
If using Aroma, does it say "Using Pretendo Network" when the console boots?
i do use aroma and it does say that
are you also using the SSSL hackless method (manually set DNS address)?
if so, reset the DNS address back to auto-obtain and try again
no i dont think i am
have you linked the PNID to a user of this console?
i made an pretendo account for my 3ds and when i got a wii u i used that account info when i created the account
should i change the email for my nnid?
no
the error means that the user is trying to sign in with a linked NNID on Pretendo's servers, or with a linked PNID on Nintendo's servers
try changing users (via the user menu, tapping the mii icon in the top left corner)
it is recommended that you have two users, one linked to the NNID, and another user linked to your PNID (with different usernames)
you can't reuse the same user and account for both servers
ok ill try it
its showing error code 102-2613 but i put the correct user email and password

i cant open miiverse

oh that's not good, the PNID isn't linked to the 3DS anymore. but let's focus on wii u for now
https://pretendo.network/account/login
are you able to sign in to your PNID via the website?
okay, take note of the username and password that you signed in with, plus the email address that you see on the account info page.
and try that combination on the wii u
if it still says it's incorrect, then the issue could be something else
still says incorrect
has the Wii U shown you the Network service agreement at any point?
the only part that's of importance is what the first line of the agreement says : if it says Nintendo Network instead of Pretendo, it means your console is on the wrong network
(one way to force this agreement to appear is to say "No" to the question "Do you have a Nintendo Network ID?")
