I keep getting an error when i try to join multiplayer games in minecraft or splatoon.. Its says. Error code 118-0502. Is it because i got a support code 220-00 in the internet?

yep, 220-00 (nat type C) is the problem

you have to do a portforwarding (you can try doing this unless you can't access router settings) or contact ISP
