Been trying to try out the animal crossing new leaf features, it's been years since I've actually done any of the online stuff so sorry if I'm just being dumb..

Anyway, I updated Nimbus, I'm connected to Pretendo and I'm signed in on this 3ds, but when I go to dream suite or the train station, when it says connecting to the internet I get error code 002-0152, "The online service is unavailable".
Am I missing something or doing something wrong? I've been looking around but I can't find much info.

dream suite is not implemented at the moment with no current ETA, and if you want to use online features with pretendo you will need to enable the plugin on nimbus each time before opening acnl on your console

I deleted it since dont use it and was able to go to the online island thing and met some folks.
Though someone left and then when it was loading or something the game crashed and I got the exact same error.
When I crash and get this error, I have to hold hold the power button and restart my console, pressing any button to restart does not work, you know if is this normal with this error?

Was the crash screen exactly the same?

yes, I didnt take a picture but I compared the picture I took before and every single thing was the same

disconnects can occasionally cause issues. not entirely normal to crash but I dont think uneexpected either?

The top screenscreen had resseti so I think the connection timed out and then crashed cus idk 🤷 I wasn't too concerned about it but usaully when I crash or I get an error screen in other games I haven't had to power off my console, pressing a button like it says on the screen works fine so thats why I wanted to ask
