Do a connection test via System Settings > Internet Settings, then once it finishes, share the Support Code that it says in the corner, and have your friend share their Support Code as well
Oh
that's the problem, you have a bad NAT type
NAT type?
contact your ISP or try portforwarding (doesn't works on most cases, though)
Contact my ISP? Claro?
yeah
Before I had Entel as my ISP, but mama changed it to Claro
Yea
But how do I contact my ISP to solve this problem?
Found the Instagram Account of Claro Chile
contact by using their support center's phone number
Ah
I don't know... I'm kinda scared of this step.........
since you have said your mom changed your ISP, try asking her to contact ISP
Are you crazy?! I don't tend to talk with her about the things I do here and in my 3DS!
alright then, i'm not sure if you can solve the problem if so
At this point, I feel I'm a coward by the fear of telling her about this problem.
I’ll be completely honest if I had this problem I’d be scared too
I'll try with papa's internet
The Support Code is the same, but I think there must be a difference
At least one difference
Papa's internet seems to be worse :(
theres ur issue
claro uses cgnat
oof
try using a hotspot if u don't want to talk to ur mother
I tried with papa's internet, it didn't go well
are you able to use a hotspot?
Mobile Hotspot
hotspots usually have strict NAT types
...what now?
Wait... I have an idea
It didn't work :(
One of my sisters' internet company is WOM, and I thought it could work, and it was useless
Okay, if with my internet doesn't work, maybe it will work with my nephew's internet!
:(
Not again
What's the matter, then?
Ah- you already did this
that might happen sometimes even with moderate NAT type (120-00 is moderate one)
so try again
way better!! keep trying this one will most likely work
pretendo recommends B+ btw for future reference
