#Hellooo? How do I fix this?

power off the 3DS, hold SELECT, then power it on while still holding SELECT
then once the Luma screen appears, press A to tick the following options:
(x) Enable game patching
(x) Enable loading external FIRMs and modules
then press START to save
No problem 👍
Although when I enable them a screen appears and says:
Does it mean something else or it's not that important?
Can you show the contents of the luma folder on your SD card?
There's something in there preventing it from booting
(GodMode9 also can)
GodMode9?
holding START at boot should bring up GodMode9
let me know once you are in FBI or GodMode9
native.firm looks like the problem here
either delete it (or move/rename it elsewhere)
Hmmmmm....
Safest solutuion for native.firm?
Deleting it seems risky, never tried deleting a file with a 3DS via FBI before...
It's safe to delete it i think. The console only needs boot.firm for Luma to function
I see?
And besides.
I assume you were only able to enter FBI because you un-ticked the external FIRMs option in Luma, right?
native.firm is not used at all when this option is disabled
So by this logic, it is safe to delete native.firm. Plus it said that this file "is not for this console"
now open Nimbus
if it scolds you about the settings again, power off the console and tick both the settings, then try again
It works!
Nice!
And well, now I have to register my Pretendo Account
via the website, or via your 3DS?
either way, just keep in mind:
if you had already linked a NNID (Nintendo Network ID) to this console, the new account should not use the same username as for the existing NNID.
Okay, guess I gotta register an account via the website heehee :)
what is wrong?
okay i'm confused
Basically, even though I put the username, password and email of the account on the 3DS, it gives me this error
from what you said, it sounds like you created a NNID while Nimbus was in Nintendo mode, and now you're doing it a second time while in Pretendo mode
Am I assuming right?
because in an earlier screenshot, Nimbus was still in Nintendo mode
Yeah, but I changed it to Pretendo Mode
But...
Is there a solution?
Or am I doing it all wrong?
Well, ended up creating a Pretendo ID via the console itself
i'm confused by this sentence.
did you change it to Pretendo mode before this point?
Yes
Then deleted it
Yeah, seems I'm definitely doing it all wrong
-# I swear if Universal Updater turns out to be at fault yet again...
anyway, could you show the contents of your SD card?
specifically, check if there is a sysmodules folder inside of a luma folder at the root
-# ah shit, here we go again
https://github.com/PretendoNetwork/nimbus/releases/tag/v2.0.0
Manually download the combined.2.0.0.zip file from this page, then copy the 3ds folder from it to the root of your SD card
After that, launch Nimbus again and it will start updating itself
Then open Nimbus, switch to Nintendo, reopen Nimbus, and switch back to Pretendo
Can I use FTPD for this task or it's not necessary?
You can, as long as you extract the zip file first
Okay!
IT WORKEEEEEED!!!
