I'm getting error 102-2613 on my Wii U

• Yes I am using Inkay
• Yes it says using Pretendo Network in the top left
• Yes I checked the Network Service Agreement, it's Pretendo
• Yes my username and password are correct

I'm out of ideas 🤷

Sounds like you have an existing Nintendo Network ID (NNID) and are trying to enter its information. Is that so?

You need a PNID in order to use Pretendo, as existing NNIDs won't work on Pretendo.

You can create a PNID via the website and link it subsequently, or you can create it via your Wii U. In any case, make sure the "username" of your PNID is not the same as your existing NNID (they can however have the same password and email).

Sorry, I forgot to update this thread

The issue ended up being... odd. Pretendo's login servers were (I think?) getting blocked by my ISP, so it worked when I used a hotspot, but then switched back to my network and once signed in everything worked fine

Idk I'm not sure how the backend works but bits of Pretendo are getting blocked and others are working fine

Either way, I'm logged in now lol
