The 2DS/3DS can only see 2.4GHz networks. However, routers are often capable of multiple frequencies at once, such as 6G/5G, or 5G/2.4G
So you may need to adjust your router settings accordingly. If it's 6G, try lowering the band selection to 5G/2.4G. You might also need to change the router's security type to WPA2 (or hybrid WPA2/WPA3) instead of only WPA3.
