[SOLVED]Can't get past this one screen on the linking process

I don't know what exactly is happening here, I'm in the Mii step and it's th one I'm stuck in, as trying to press next gives out a weird error, will send photos right now.

switch to Nintendo Network mode, open Miiverse (just close it after), switch back to Pretendo Network mode
