Could you show a photo of your physical microSD card?

The SD card was removed
That's also not good. Either your microSD card is dying/faulty or your console has issues reading it.
Again, please show a photo of your (physical) microSD card. I'd advise you to back up any saves/badges (via Checkpoint) while you still can.
(even if some were physical games, it could also be their update data that's corrupted)
