Could I get banned?

I’m not sure on if this exactly belongs in support as I haven’t encountered an error, but anyway,

I’m wanting to link the Nintendo ID on my Wii U to my Nintendo Account so I can sync my libraries on the Nintendo Store app, but I’m worried Nintendo will be able to track that I’m using the SSSL exploit to access online again, then ban both my Nintendo ID and Nintendo Account.

Is this even possible for them to do?

well nintendo won't ban you for one

and i don't even know if they can detect that

but you should be fine, just remember to reset the DNS so that you can connect to NN
