I created my profile from the website and then signed it from the 3DS, however, my birthdate and country info was wrong, and I couldn't modify it. So I deleted the accound from the website. Now I can't sign-out from the console. What do I do?! Do I factory reset my console?!

In any case, you don't need to factory reset the 3DS. Just follow the appropriate guide on this page depending on your currently installed version of Nimbus (shown on the top screen when you open it):

If in doubt, just do method 2 (Nimbus older than 2.0.0) first.
