Hiiii! Well, long time ago I region changed my Japanese o3ds to America
And created a pnid, after that, i region changed again back to Japanese and log in to the account, but I have the problem that I can't open juxtaposition and neither the Account options in Configuration app, is there a solution to this problem, I was thinking in delete the account and create a new one with the same email but how do I do that?
