also, you can't just create a new PNID with the correct capitalization; i.e. if an account ExpertGem exists, then you can't create an account expertgem.

for your case though, maybe you can try adding numbers to the end of the new PNID?

though please be aware that with a new account, you'll need to transfer Wii U save data over

and Juxt posts cannot be transferred

as frustrating as it is, there's unfortunately no good solution here, other than to leave it as it is

remember also, that NNIDs couldn't be renamed either
