Created a PNID with an illegal character

Hi all, when I created a PNID, I created it online on my phone, and it somehow linked itself to my console, but when I try and login to it in the settings, I can’t use the underscore character that’s in my username to login. Here’s some pictures:

press shift and minus should turn into underscore
