I doubt you're actually banned; what's likely happened is you got error 002-0121 (which is not actually a ban error code)

I'm certain you're not banned, however if you could create a "ban appeal" and share the issue you're having, we can look into things!

once you're there, make sure you submit your console's serial number, so we can determine if there are any bans in place
