Juxposition [Miiverse] How to add Friends

Hi Guys a question can you add on juxposition or miiverse Friends i know thats possible but I dont find it. I know following is working.

But there is a Friends tab on 3ds and on the Website

Oh i checked and did some Research and a follow is going to Show up on the Friends tab right?
