Error 102-2402 on doing anything

Hi, I just created my account but everytime I try to connect to one of the servers the error 102-2402 comes up, does somebody have a solution?

can you install WiiUIdent, and see if serial number displayed on WiiUIdent is same with serial number at console or not?

Yes, the serial number is the same

also make sure that serial number in sys_prod.xml file on slc is same with serial number below your console

you can access it with FTPiiU plugin on aroma with accessing system files enabled

i don't think so, but i haven't seen case like this usually - you'll probably have to wait for another support helper

i forgot mentioning that code_id on sys_prod.xml should be first 3 letters of serial number
