Found a hacker on Mario Kart 7 with the Mii name "Harper" in worldwide's spamming items like lightning and bullet bill, and also using speed cheats that break his placement/keep him in first. I recorded 2 examples out of many races for proof. his friend code is 1778-1982-2705
