Hola, tengo Pretendo en mi Wii U y a veces puedo jugar en línea, pero seguido me sale que “no estoy conectado” al entrar a multijugador, aunque tengo Inkey activado, buena conexión y sin bloqueos.
Además, usando Pretendo en el celular no me deja editar mi información del perfil, me pide una verificación que ya hice y tengo todo correctamente configurado.
¿Alguien sabe cómo resolver esto?

Hello, I have Pretendo on my Wii U and sometimes I can play online, but often I get a message saying “you are not connected” when I enter multiplayer mode, even though I have Inkey enabled, a good connection, and no blocks.
Also, when using Pretendo on my cell phone, it won't let me edit my profile information. It asks me for verification that I already did, and I have everything set up correctly.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?
