NNID that had same user as Pretendo continues to say incorrect password

i deleted my pretendo account because i made it with the same user as my nnid, this was a previous ticket i opened

i didnt delete my nnid, im trying to figure out how to get it off my wii u because it literally wont allow me to enter my password since i had the mess up with the pnid

press your Mii at right top of gamepad, and click Switch Users

also, turn off default user settings for NNID

i created the pretendo id already and have it logged in i created it on the site and then logged into it on my wii u, works fine, my nnid is no longer the default user, my pnid is, my question is how do i remove my nnid and how do i also confirm that i did not fubar my nnid since it wont take my password on the wiiu and i dont have really another way to try and log into it via a legacy nintendo device other than to reset the wiiu or i guess one of my 3ds'

sorry, im just stupid, i disabled inkay and had no issue getting into my nintendo account. i found a gbatemp forum post that suggested to disable inkay and that worked.

every time i tried to log in with pretendo enabled it said it was an incorrect password

i was trying to delete it to just have one user but i guess i should just keep both on as you said.
