Changing email address

I deleted my email (not main one) that my pretendo account was on, on the website it says it still exists but I cant change the email and it logged me out of my 3ds, i think this channel is for error codes but it says support... anyone know what I need to do

you need to log into your pnid on your 3ds to change email address

I have tried 3 times but is giving me an error, my theory is it still thinks it is logged in on my 3ds when it isn't

Also I get the error 022-5432 and when looking it up it isn't an error...

switch to nintendo network, open miiverse (ignore errors), switch back
